Dacquoise-based frozen pastry.
Our Dacquoise cakes have been immensely successful since our collaboration with Lenôtre in 1987. The beginning of the adventure dates back to the creation of the "Plaisir aux Noix" Lenôtre recipe.
A unique technique
The dacquoise technique is a French pastry specialty made with egg whites, fine almond powder and sugar.

Several types of formats exist for the dacquoises: round and square entremets. Our dacquoises can be sold to consumers in the frozen section or defrosted in the Bakery-Pastry section
Our dacquoises are made with creams and mousses with various flavors and intense tastes, made by our professional pastry chefs.
We take care of the finish and the neat and varied decorations for our dacquoise cakes.
